Biography

Jian Wen was born in Quanzhou, Fujian, China, in June 1994. He received the B.S. degree in automation and the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from Nankai University, Tianjin, China, in June 2017 and June 2022, respectively. From July 2022 to April 2026, he worked as a Senior Algorithm Engineer at Xiaomi EV Company Limited, Beijing, China. Currently, he is a Staff R&D Engineer with Baidu's Intelligent Driving Group (IDG), Beijing, China.

His research interests include behavioral reasoning, decision making, and motion planning for autonomous driving vehicles.
